At least 72 hrs cancellation is required for your booked appointment. If you cancel outside of this, you will have to pay another booking fee when rearranging your appointment.
If you do not attend the appointment (no show) and wish to rebook, then the full amount will need to be paid at the time of rebooking.
The booking payments needs to be sent to Anna at the time of agreeing your appointment, without this the appointment isn’t secured and can be released to someone on my waiting list.
If you attend your appointment and you have failed to adhere to the pre care and Anna cannot perform your treatment, you will be asked to rebook and the full amount will need to be paid at the time of rebooking.
Non-compliance of adhering to pre or post care given by Anna which results in adverse reactions to your skin will be the responsibility of the client and not Anna. An example of this would be not following the strict requirement for you to wear SPF each day after your facial treatment due to added hypersensitivity which means if SPF is not worn a client may get hyperpigmentation and added skin damage. If a client doesn’t adhere to this requirement , Anna will not be held responsible for undesirable changes/ damage caused due to this non-compliance.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please respect that you may not be able to be seen or your treatment time will be limited due to lost time through to lastness.
Only the client receiving the treatment is allowed to appointments and there is a strict no children policy in place.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are showing signs of Covid or are ill and presenting with symptoms which will make the treatment uncomfortable for you, not only is this unsafe your body will be more sensitive , healing maybe compromised, it’s not safe if you are coughing/ sneezing etc . Please let Anna know if you have a cold/ hay fever to check it’s suitable to attend for your injectables appointment. Thank you for your understanding and I am sure you are respectful the fact that I must safeguard myself from known germs and bacteria for my own health and for the health of my family.
If you have active cold sores it will not be suitable for you to have certain skin treatments such as microneedling/ chemical peels. If you have active open acne, a flare up of a skin condition or open wounds on the treatment area this will not be suitable to treat. The same 72hrs cancellation policy remains in place in these instances.
Skin improvements need to be supported by decent home skin care, your treatment will give you clinical results short term and help improvements. An aggressive approach to treatments can cause more damage to the skin. Anna will assess your skin and decide the appropriate treatment plan. Skin peels strengths don’t have to be burning your skin to be effective and the depth of microneedling do not have to be deep to get results. Kindness, hydration and commitment is needed for long term improvements.
